I recently completed a guest bedroom project that I am excited to share. The project started when the room had some water damage and the carpet had to be replaced. As with many decorating projects, this had a domino effect.
A really nice family is relocating their large family. They decided to wait until they moved out before they put it on the market. When you have several young children, this is a great option if it’s possible. It will be less stressful than trying to keep everything “show ready”.

These homeowners were preparing to downsize and move to their vacation home full time. This is a perfect example of staging a house that is full of 30 years of mementos and furniture. The house had been well-maintained but one of the bathrooms was dated, they had blue carpet in the family room and they had way too much furniture.
The clients have a house built in 1958. It had the original master bath that was tiny and pink. They extended the house to add this elegant master bathroom.
I had an opportunity to stage a vacant home for sale. Starting with an empty house presents different challenges from staging an occupied home.
